Fat Lady Sings

They say there are two sides to a story. For the last twenty (+) years what has been left was two sides to the same side, so to speak. I look at it this way: An event, such as a shooting, becomes shaped like a diamond, having many facets representing the whole fixed in time. Prior to such an event, several "smaller" parts, then in flux, all interacting with each other as the respective forces or pressure; those within, and of outside influence, effect both the corresponding parts and the whole at large. Compounds to this mixture are the various elements making up the flux soup, such as the actors participating.

As I will attempt to show, if everything was above board, if "government" was blameless to what preceded the event, if the "neighbor" was a "poor innocent victim", why all the effort made to silence my attempt to expose what had taken place prior to the event and during the trial? For months, the only information printed in the papers was their side of the story. With all due respect, a catholic version of events. Why emphasis on the "catholic" word? It was the manifestation of the catholic concept of "authority". As you will read in the articles below, my fine neighbors said I was from the "new school" who "scoffed at the law". Please remember, we are talking about Mob City.

As you read the articles, shortly I will give a summary of key words and/or phrases, including overall statements made to "justify" why county officials took such effort to gag me by not allowing reporters into the prison to conduct and interview.

Notice: This is a temporary posting. In a few weeks I will be supplementing this page. Remember, for now, a quick overview.

This article was published in the Wilkes-Barre, Citizen's Voice Newspaper on 11-17-1981. (A few months after the trial reporters were still trying to get an interview.)

This article was published in the Wilkes-Barre, Times Leader Newspaper on 11-17-1981. For example, read the statements by then "warden" Mr. Dorris. The proposed interview was NOT about prison conditions. The way I see it, a corrupt "government" (or one of its agencies/departments) have need to keep a lid on matters to conceal their own dirty laundry.
