Page Three

As for the picture below, it is a copy of a letter I received from the court. It is self explanatory. To bring this into context, I allege that Attorney Williams deliberately submitted defective paperwork to circumvent my attempt to file and obtain custody.

I believe the date was 12-10(or 17)-1999. On that Friday, Bonnie Fisher accompanied me down to his office for an appointment. In part, I was asking why it was taking so long for the court to set a hearing date. While in the area, I went to the courthouse in Doylestown an obtained a certified copy of the form as appearing on page one of this story. At his office in Quakertown, he told me that he just got word that very day that the petition was "kicked back" but didn't explain why. It was on this day he told me, as advice, to put on a suit, practice a fake smile and tell the court what they want to hear.

Then on 12-23-2000, I had an unexpected accident and spent time in the hospital. Click Here for story. After getting being released, shortly thereafter I faxed the courthouse to inquire into the reason for the petition being "kicked back". Prior to this, he had all the paperwork.
