This picture was taken back in late January of this year, 2001. I had just brought my daughter home for a visit. It was not unusual for me to pick her up having her nose stuffed with buggers. Carolyn had a sick house that was making my daughter sick. (I explain this in another section.) From July, 2000, to March, 2001, I kept taking pictures like these. During the visits I would mention the condition to Jodi who seemed not to care.

This picture was taken last summer, during the "supervised" stage. Carolyn was bringing my daughter to the main office of Children & Youth. Here again, my daughter had a large bruise on her forehead. (As mentioned in other sections, after waiting 11 months, I held my daughter for the first time on 07-21-2000 when she was six months old. During that first visit, my daughter had a bruise, with one of her finger nails totally black.) I can only imagine how many other bruises my daughter has received that Children & Youth didn't know about or didn't bother to care about.
